3 Phase Design
The MKP Gas Capacitor is a product with almost universal application, used to reduce the energy consumption and improve power quality on all types of AC motors (machines, air conditioning, refrigeration, etc.). It does this by canceling a portion of the power normally drawn by these loads. And, more importantly, it does so without negatively affecting horsepower, speed, or reliability.

Three Phase Design Connection
Our MKP Gas Capacitor are designed for three phase applications. With this design ballance is maintained between phases. If one phase of the capacitor fails, all three phases of the capacitor fail and thereby maintain ballance or at least the capacitor does not create an imballance by dropping one phase yet still treating the other two. So, the Capacitor never causes phase imballance by installing them in your distribution system. Installation of these capacitors have found to reduce the wasted energy normally used by motors by aligning the Phase angle of the supplied voltage and current. This saves energy, reduces heat generation inside your motors, frees up new electrical capacity in your facility, and most importantly, produces a net kilowatt hour reduction on your electricity bill.
